Virtue Oasis, Now A Desert City In Hidden Vale

Virtue Oasis is located south of Hidden Vale and it's on a desert but, before the change to a Desert Biome, Virtue Oasis was a more Greener City. Today, Virtue Oasis is no longer Green because now the entire city is covered and surrounded by sand.
