There are a few towns near Spectral Foothills and one of those towns is Refugees Haven. I passed by Refugees Haven on my way to Spectral Foothills often. So, I decided to stop by to check out this player owned town.

Based on location, Refugees Haven is a good place to have a home specially for those who spend a lot of time mining Iron Ores in Spectral Mines.
